Remote Project Manager/Project Coordinator 


Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)


Many project management tasks can be done fully online, including follow-ups, permitting coordination, document compilation, schedules, and keeping the owner out of the weeds. We're hiring a remote Project Manager/Project Coordinator who can run the organization end-to-end without constant direction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build weekly plans + daily task lists across active projects
  • Track open items, deadlines, owner decisions, and next steps
  • Support permitting/document coordination (remote)
  • Keep projects organized inside JobTread (training available)
  • Run structured check-ins so the owner spends less time managing the details

Qualifications

  • Construction admin/coordination or PM support experience
  • Highly proactive and organized (you build the system and keep it updated)
  • Ability to overlap with Eastern Time for meetings
  • English proficiency required for job-related communication. Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian) are a plus
  • JobTread or Buildertrend experience
  • Experience supporting a residential builder or small GC

Pay and Benefits

  • Full-time position, W-2 Employment
  • Pay: $15 to $20 per hour, based on experience
  • Fully remote role with flexible schedule (Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for meetings and daily coordination)
  • Training and exposure to US construction practices (JobTread)
  • Direct mentorship with owner + field leadership
  • Growth opportunities into hybrid/onsite roles as the company scales
