Site Supervisor


Location:  Newton/Needham, MA (On-site job sites)


The Absolute is hiring an experienced Site Supervisor/Site Lead to own daily field execution, quality, pace, coordination, and jobsite problem-solving. Multifamily residential experience is ideal, and commercial experience is a big plus because those standards translate extremely well into residential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Run daily jobsite operations and keep work moving forward
  • Coordinate trades, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
  • Maintain quality standards, punch lists, and jobsite organization
  • Spot issues early and communicate solutions fast
  • Help reduce the amount of daily owner supervision required

Qualifications

  • Hands-on site leadership experience (superintendent/foreman/lead carpenter/site supervisor)
  • Strong communication and job-site judgment
  • Reliable transportation for local job sites (most work is concentrated around Newton)
  • English proficiency required for job-related communication. Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian) are a plus
  • Multifamily residential experience
  • Meaningful commercial exposure (familiarity with commercial systems/terminology)

  • Full-time position, W-2 Employment
  • Pay: $85,000 to $135,000 per year, based on experience
